Karolina Dworznicka

Advocate, Senior Associate

Karolina Dworznicka is an advocate practicing as a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She qualified as an advocate in 2023 after completing her advocacy training. She provides comprehensive legal advice to business entities, deals with civil and commercial proceedings, corporate services for companies and ongoing legal and tax advice.

She gained her previous professional experience in renowned Warsaw law firms. She has worked with clients from a diverse range of sectors, including banking, energy, automotive, as well as the construction and real estate industries. She is experienced in representing clients in complex civil and commercial disputes before common courts, as well as in mediation proceedings. Her professional practice to date also includes corporate and contractual advice on civil and commercial law, as well as ongoing legal services for companies and foundations.

Karolina is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2019). She has also completed the postgraduate studies "Academy of Companies" organised by the Warsaw School of Economics on the functioning of all types of commercial companies from a legal and economic perspective (2022).

Karolina is fluent in English and French.
