Monika Marciniak – is a lawyer handling legal and corporate services for entrepreneurs at the law firm and a member of the team specializing in tax consulting.

She is also a business law expert at the online advice center INFOR PL S.A. where she answers legal questions and writes original texts on legal matters.

She has a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Currently, she is pursuing a training program as a legal advisor trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. For her outstanding result on the entrance exam, she received a distinction from the Board of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.

She gained professional experience working in law firms dealing with civil, business, restructuring, and bankruptcy law, as well as in civil and criminal courts, at both first and second instances. In the past, she also worked as a substantive editor at INFOR PL S.A., preparing case law summaries and analysis, while also managing the editorial side of the INFORLEX online advice center.

She holds a TOLES certificate in legal English.
